Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

A tracking number is provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a short period to appear after shipment.

Norvello is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier issues
• incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• customs or external disruptions

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

In the event of a lost package, a review will be conducted with the carrier before any resolution is issued.
