Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused and unworn
• items must be in original condition and packaging
• proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale conditions where specified.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Norvello reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the policy requirements.
